WBZ500/400/300 Stabilized soil mixing station:
WBZ series stabilized soil mixing station are learned on basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign advanced mixing technology innovation to develop a new generation of stabilized soil mixing plant and have obtained two international technology patents by Zhengzhou Great Wall machine manufacture co.,LTD.
WBZ series stabilized soil mixing station is the machine type of detachable combination and double shaft compulsory continuous stirring to mix for gravel stabilized soil ,lime soil and stabilized soil. This series machine is suitable for highway,Ⅰhighway,Ⅱ grade highway , urban road ,airport and stadium, etc matrical material construction .It is able to use quick lime and hydrated lime(10-15% moisture content),soil ,sand ,fly ash , cement and other raw materials for production of lime soil stable makings ,cement stabilized gravel and concrete base material, etc.
The equipment’s advantages are excellent performance , advanced technology , reasonable structure ,reliable operation, easy to use ,easy maintenance ,high efficiency ,accuracy ratio and uniform stirred up .It is the basic material and ideal equipment for the construction units.
